ViaSport First Broadcast

The first of anything means a lot, but in this case it’s not only about ViaSport – it’s about promoting sport in BC, something that should be done on a regualar basis.

Show a little love this Valentine’s Day for BC’s athletes Thursday, February 14 at 2:00 pm by tuning in to our first live online show from the viaSport broadcast centre.

Hosted by CTV’s morning show host Norma Reid and executive director Callum Ng of BC Athlete Voice, we’ll be introducing you to our phenomenal list of BC Athlete of the Year finalists and taking a closer glimpse at their lives in sport.

We’re thrilled to be able to launch our new online broadcast centre for sport by celebrating our BC athletes, and to continue to bring you a cross section of diverse coverage throughout the coming year: provincial, national and international championships and events, more athlete profiles and stories from our field of play.

It will be a new era of sport coverage, education and entertainment and we’re excited to have you get involved and be a part of it.
