Coach Resigns – Sites Personal Reasons

Effective Immediately February 12th

The Delta Ice Hawks wish to announce Jeremy Porier has resigned as the Head Coach citing personal reasons for leaving.

Effective immediately the Delta Ice Hawks New Head Coach is Darren Naylor, who has widespread experience in the game.

Darren is a former player in the WHL, KJHL Head Coach, Certified PEHS Instructor, Co-Head Coach Richmond Minor Hockey Association Bantam AAA Blues and Current Scout for Seattle Thunderbirds WHL.

Darren’s first venture as the Head Coach was an impressive win over the Richmond Sockeyes tying them in third place in the Tom Shaw Conference.

Darren’s  understanding is believing in the players and a commitment to win.

The Delta Ice Hawks thank Jeremy for his time with the organization and wish him all the best for future endeavors.
