BCHL Play-Off Action
The matchups for the first round of the British Columbia Hockey League playoffs are now known with the postseason beginning on Friday, March 16. All series are a best-of-seven format.
The higher-seeded teams will host games 1, 2 and 5 and 7 if necessary.
Check www.bchl.ca for game dates; start times are subject to arena availability.
Interior Conference: #1 seed Penticton Vees vs #4 seed.
Chilliwack Chiefs. #2 seed Merritt Centennials vs #3 seed Prince George Spruce Kings.
Coastal Conference
#1 seed Powell River Kings vs #4 seed
Coquitlam Express #2 seed Surrey Eagles vs #3 seed Cowichan Valley Capitals.
Teams will be re-seeded after the first round.
The first game of the second round is scheduled for Tuesday, March 27. The league final will begin either April 6 or 7 depending on the length of the second-round matchups.
