Are we fit?
We say we are – but it’s time once again to get involved in YOUR COMMUNITY and play at the fifth annual RBC Sports Day in Canada on November 29.
Regardless of age, let’s show the world that we are up to the challenge and come out in record numbers and put Canada and YOUR COMMUNITY on the World Stage!
Sports Day in Canada, presented by ParticipACTION, CBC and True Sport, will take place November 29 in various communities across this great Nation of Canada from the Annapolis Valley to Ucluelet on Vancouver Island.
This national celebration of sport, from the beginner to the elite high performance athlete, is a unique chance for all Canadians to celebrate the power of sport, build strong(er) communities, national spirit and promote a healthy and active living society in Canada.
Community Engagement – November 22-29
In the week leading up to, and including, November 29, local organizations, communities and schools across Canada will throw open their doors to celebrate sport at the local level, and help build momentum for RBC Sports Day.
On the ground, in communities across the country, organizers will hold a blitz of RBC Sports Day in Canada events, with community-wide festivals.
It will include the following; try-it days, open houses, games, competitions, meet-and-greets, tournaments, fun runs, spectator events and pep rallies that celebrate sport at all levels.
