The win gives them a “chance” to represent Canada for a pair of spots at the World Championships in Cortina Italy or the Winter Olympics in Beijing China.

According to Alpine Canada the aim of the International Ski Federation is to add a mixed team Ski- Cross into the World Cup and Olympic competition.
The next Ski-Cross World Cup Race is scheduled for March 12th in Sunny Valley, Russia .
