Evander Kane Struggling??

Published on

He recently has signed to play with the Dinamo Minsk (KHL) and has (to date) played five games with losses in the previous four – prior to their recent game.

They did however win last night which was the first since acquiring the youngster from North Vancouver.

The only problem is that he (Kane) did not play and was a healthy scratch since he was acquired by Minsk. He has played in four games and has yet to register a point, but one stat that does stand out are his 16 PIM’s and 14 shots.

He’s been watched close by the opposition and quite possibly this lead to him being a healthy scratch. While Evander must be frustrated, so must the Minsk organization itself.

Kane did receive a Game Misconduct, but otherwise has been completely invisible, but let’s remember he has only played in four games with his new club.

For him this must be a change as he is used to getting free at will and busing in on goal, but not quite yet in the KHL.

Not that we should worry as the Jet’s fan’s as does everyone else just want the game back on the ice and for those in charge to quit acting like babies and forgetting about the fan’s.

Besides Evander and Nashville’s “tender” Pekka Rinne there aren’t many key players on Minsk.

Let’s not forget this lock-out is hurting those who rely on extra income to help support the Family.

One group I DO NOT SUPPORT ARE THE SCALPERS!

They make money, pay no taxes and go to all the games they want.

Something’s wrong with this picture!!
