This premier criterium cycling race and free family festival returns bigger and better than ever, celebrating community spirit, active living, and all generations.

More free perks, bike gear-ups from MEC, and thousands of dollars of prizing are up for grabs, including bikes and a 4-day Sea to Sky Getaway from the Westin Bayshore and Sundial Hotel in Whistler. The spectator beer garden is back, as is entertainment on the grand circle stage and expanded Expo!

With expanded programming and enhanced safety, Tour de Concord 2025 promises a vibrant and secure experience for riders, families, and spectators in the heart of the city.

The Tour de Concord is now Canada’s largest criterium & integrated family bike festival. St. Paul’s Hospital is again our charity of choice for the event.

From 9:55 am to 3:00 pm, witness the suspense and excitement of pro and amateur racers close-up.

Race events include the new Kid and Parent (or Grandparent) Relay for kids 3-6, Kids 7-12 Fun Track Lap, Amateur Races, and Men’s and Women’s Pro Races, all on a fully contained and upgraded 900-metre cycling course. See some of the fastest cyclists around, including elite racers from the U.S. and other countries.

Vancouver Mayor, Ken Sim mentioned “We’re excited to welcome the Tour de Concord back to Vancouver for its fifth year. It has become the largest one-day criterium and community bike festival in the country, and the best part is that it’s completely free and open to everyone. This event brings people together, celebrates our city, and supports the incredible work being done at St. Paul’s Hospital. City staff and the Vancouver Police Department are working closely with Concord Pacific to ensure it’s a safe and fun day for all.”

Terry Hui, Concord Pacific President and CEO told the media “We always support the cycling community because its healthy and aligns with our sustainable vision. The Tour de Concord is special because it also brings families together. The festival will have a new relay for young kids and parents, bike skills training, the zero-gravity bike trick group and free snacks and prizes.  Even in tough economic times, our events must go on.  We want to thank the City of Vancouver, VPD and Cycling BC for their ongoing support.”

“St. Paul’s Foundation is proud to return as the charity partner of Tour de Concord this year, thanks to the continued support of Concord Pacific and the cycling community,” said Sheila Biggers, President and CEO of St. Paul’s Foundation. “Their generous support will help bring compassionate care to patients and residents, fund life-changing medical innovations and discoveries, and accelerate the transformation of health care at the new St. Paul’s Hospital and Jim Pattison Medical Campus.”

Christine Reid, CEO of Cycling BC mentioned “The Tour de Concord has played a crucial role in supporting cycling by donating its race registration proceeds and investing them back into the sport, supporting youth grassroots cycling programs like HopOn and advancing high-performance athlete development through Cycling BC. Together, we aim to inspire the future generations of Canadian cyclists.”
