If you have yet to attend a Vancouver Stealth game at the Langley Events Center you simply don’t know what you are missing out on.

The game is a fast paced four period game with entertainment that you can only get in Vegas, but this time there’s no exchange rate.

The next game has the Vancouver Stealth who are currently sit with a record of 5-7 travel east to visit the Toronto Rock who have a record of 6-5.

The game will take place this Saturday March 25th at the Air Canada Centre (ACC) at 4:00pm eastern time.

The Stealth have yet to visit Toronto this season and the last visit was March 13, 2016 that saw the Stealth drop a 9-6 decision to the Rock.

Toronto has had a season that is like riding the PNE or CNE rollercoaster winning four (4) of the first (5) five games of the season followed by a them dropping four of the last six games.

The Rock have only one player in the NLL top 10 in scoring who is Tom Schreiber currently sitting with 18 goals, 39 assists and 57 points in only 11 games.

Toronto quite often relies less on their offense than on goaltending and defensive play and currently are 3-4 in the ACC.

The Stealth on the other hand are looking to improve their overall road record to 5-2 that sees them in the first six road games averaging close to 13 goals per game.

The Stealth are led by the WLA’s Victoria Shamrock’s Rhys Duch and Corey Small who together have combined for 34 goals, 50 assists and 84 points.

Currently the Stealth are winless against all of the Eastern Division teams this season and are looking to having a strong finish to the otherwise frustrating season.

Captain Curtis Hodgson mentioned prior to leaving “It is always a great challenge to go back east and compete. We are using this game to refocus the team and our season.”

He continued “We are getting back to our team principles and ensuring we are playing within our system that has gotten us in a playoff position.”

As they enter Week 13 the Stealth are currently in the playoffs, holding a narrow one-game lead over the Calgary Roughnecks.

After the conclusion of this weekend, the playoff race might be somewhat clearer as the Roughnecks are playing back-to-backs this weekend visiting Saskatchewan on Friday and New England on Saturday.

The Stealth have a lot of young local talent on the team and it’s always great to see them play at a new level of the game.
