Officiating is and can be a thankless job that not everyone wants to do and realistically speaking, it’s for only those with “thick-skin” and have a love for the game.

Now we are hearing that the officials have been named who will be officiating in PyeongChang for the Para Ice Hockey games.

The World Para Ice Hockey has officially announced the referee’s and linesman that will be used to officiate the matches at the games.

Thirteen officials, five referee’s and eight linesman from eight different countries will officiate the eight-team tournament as the official face-off will take place March 10th in Gangneung Hockey Centre.

The officials carry a range of Para ice hockey experiences from Games, World Championships and regional competitions.
