New Sponsor For Freestyle Ski Association

Elmer’s Products, Inc., manufacturers of Elmer’s adhesive products, and the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association announced that Elmer’s would become a sponsor of the upcoming National Junior Freestyle Ski Championships at Le Relais,

QC and the Canadian National Halfpipe and Slopestyle Championships to be held at Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park in Calgary.

“This is the start of what we hope can be a long-term partnership with Freestyle Skiing” said Elmer’s Products Canada’s V.P.
and General Manager, Paul Gallivan.  “We want to be part of helping the next generation of Canadian kids to become World and Olympic champions.  We believe that sport is one of the great ways to bring Canadians together, and that it can  play a big part in developing the skills for kids to succeed beyond the playing fields.”

Bruce Robinson, incoming CEO of the CFSA, added:  “All eyes are on the international stage right now, and we are fielding one of the strongest teams in winter sports, but we are working hard on the sport development side to ensure that we are competitive over the next quadrennial and beyond.

These two Championship events are extremely important to that development, and the support provided by Elmer’s is critical.

We can’t develop that next generation of champions without this kind of corporate support.”

The Junior National Freestyle Ski Championships will be held from March 13^th-16^th with competitions in Moguls, Dual Moguls, Aerials, and Big Air.  Location is Le Relais in Lac Beauport, QC.

The National Halfpipe and Slopestyle Championships will be held March 21-23^rd at Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park in Calgary,
AB.
