Both the USA and Mexico have qualified for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Canada 2014 following 3-1 and 6-0 wins over both Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago in the semi-finals of the CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship.

The USA continues to dominant also being the most successful team in U-20 Women’s World Cup history and a side sure to be among the favourites in Canada later this year.
They (the USA) defeated Trinidad and Tobago with Lindsay Horan scoring four in a 6-0 triumph in which Summer Green and Savannah Jordan also found the back of the net.
Michelle French’s side have now scored 25 goals without reply at the CONCACAF finals.
In qualifying both Mexico and the USA become the ninth and tenth teams to take their place at Canada 2014.
