8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

While the weather hasn’t been the best of late in the lower mainland we continue to see and hear that the local “green’s” are filled with golfing fanatics who are eager to again get T’d off.

The courses are groomed with golfers who simply can’t wait to re-engage with either families or friends in a day of fun that we all have missed out on.

Delta has exceptional courses for the avid golfers in the area and all offer a fun filled day for everyone that wants to take up the sport.

We are seeing more young persons taking up the sport over the past while and regardless if it’s due to the pandemic that shut things down, let’s get back to the outdoors and start having fun once more.

For those who are looking at signing up for a local event, one such event is the 8th Annual Burns Bog Golf Tournament which will be held at the Delta Golf Course.

The Charity Golf Tournament is a Texas Scramble and features a silent auction and dinner which also gives you a chance to win a 2x $20,000 Hole-in-One Prizes to any Sandals Resort in the Caribbean.

The course is located at the foot of hwy 10 and Scott Road as you head west and if you’re new to the area make sure that you are in the right lane at the bottom of the hill to make the turn. 

Make plans to attend this event so you don’t find yourself in the “bunker” so you don’t find yourself T’d off missing out on a fun filled event.
