Clown Confront Athlete

Some fan’s that say they support the Canucks, win, lose or draw is true fans that love the team regardless of the outcome of the game.

The ones that cause problems are what I call true idiots only due the fact that they cause nothing but problems for either other fans and/or the City which clearly reflect on how others perceive Vancouverites.

Case in point is the riots in both 1994 and in 2011. Since then VPD have officially charged 350 persons causing or involved in the riot.

You can check out the VPD site for more info at https://riot2011.vpd.ca

The most recent case of a moron acting foolish (only due to the fact my words might be more harsh) was the situation December 15th in Vancouver when Milan was out having a stroll in the early hours of the morning.

This following the Canucks/Bruins game the previous night where the Canucks defeated Boston and company by a score of 6-2.

While some might say that Milan should have stayed in his hotel, what are these people thinking.

First – it’s a free country and he can come and go as he see’s fit. For those who are upset with him, one sentence say’s it all.

GET A LIFE AND GROW UP!

The confrontation where Milan was shoved by some low-life individual is completely uncalled for. If (doubt he will) Milan wanted to press charges he should.

This clown deserves what he get’s.

I have harsher words, but for the sake of saving space, I won’t waste my energy writing it.

The only sad thing about this video is it fails to show the clown that wanted to be a hero. I reserve the right to not mention his name in the same wording as a professional like Milan.

Milan issued a statement from Boston on this and it reads as follows:

“This has been a very difficult week for me given the recent events that took place in my hometown of Vancouver.

As I have had more time to think I want to make it clear that regardless of what has happened, I am still – and always will be – proud to be from there.

It is home. While the actions of a few individuals have deeply upset me and will impact the time I spend downtown going forward.

I will not let those incidents diminish the love and pride I have for the city as a whole.

This will be my final comment on this subject.”

Great words from a professional Athlete.
