Canadian Sport for Life (CS4L) is pleased to release the program for the 2012 CS4L National Summit being held at the Hilton Lac-Leamy in Gatineau-Ottawa on February 1st and 2nd, 2012.
The 2012 program includes something for everyone. Some highlights include:
For sport leaders: Dr. Stephen Norris will present The WINSport Challenge: Building an Institute Based on the CS4L Framework.
- For health practitioners: Dr. Dean Kriellaars will present The Physical Literacy Movement.
- For recreation professionals: LJ Bartle will present Integrating Physical Literacy and Healthy Childhood Development.
- For educators: PHE Canada will present The Role of Educating Tomorrow’s PE Teacher at the Post-Secondary Level.
- For big thinkers: Dr. James Mandigo’s panel will present Sport for Development: Canada in Action, featuring Carla Thachuk, Dr. Colin Higgs and Dr. John Corlett.
